So, I was fooling around with different types of brushes on photoshop, And this is what i came up with.

Only brushes, No lines used at all, Which is something new to me.

This is quite awesome, and since you've faved one of my deviations, I shall fave one of yours. This gun, in fact.

Very nice weapon, I can see it firing caseless ammunition and maybe using electronic firing.

Thanks :D

And good call on the electronic firing mechanism, It reminds me of this Colonial Marine manual i had from Aliens. It mentions the M41 Pulse rifle uses an electronic firing module. /nerdmoment

The M41 is probably my favorite sci-fi machinegun of all time. Aliens ftw!

And do you mean this text?: The M41 uses electronic pulse action to fire, controlled directly from the trigger. The internal mechanism, including the rotating breech, is mounted on free-floating rails within a carbon-fiber jacket. This assembly is recoil dampened to reduce the effects of muzzle climb during burst and full automatic fire. From the thumb selector, the weapon can be set to selective, four-round burst, or full automatic fire, the latter allowing a rate of fire up to the weapon's cyclic rate of 900 rpm.

Yeah the M41 has been one of the most influential guns in the formation of my own sci-fi arsenal.
